On to the Whistle Stop

My next stop was the Whistle Stop quilt shop in Cary, North Carolina.  It used to be in Selma and many of you will recognize it from being in the "Quilt Sampler" magazine.  It is a cute shop with great personality.  There was a group of ladies having a sit and sew in the classroom while I was there and they were delightful!  I had such fun visiting with them.  The Whistle Stop had a wonderful collection of reproductions as well as some bright, modern collections.  I LOVED their samples!  I wish you could see one of the quilts that had 1/2 inch squares in it.....that was bragging rights, for sure!  I am having such fun checking out all these wonderful shops!  ; )
 We found it!
Here is the Whistle Stop in Cary, N.C.
Wow!  What a nice shop!  Yummy! Wish you could see the bright lime green, black and white collection right behind her.  Click on the picture and see it big to check that new collection.
 Fabric, fabric everywhere!
These ladies were having way too much fun in the classroom!
Just look at those colors!  Aren't they beautiful?

I have to say that I have been having all hits on the shops and no misses.  Excellent!

Next up is Chapel Hill.

Keep doodling!  :)
